Microneedling while bonesmashing

Is using a derma roller for microneedling after doing bonesmashing worth it? Or even works at all have been looking for it and havent found much about it. Just saw fosters cell regeneration.

Would recommend not bs'ing around a week or so before and after doing a session of a derma stamp
