Microneedling while on Accutane

Is professional micro needling (1.5mm-2mm+ length needles) okay to get done while on low-dose Isotretinoin? I am taking 20mg Accutane 4x/week I have been on it for about a Month and a half.

why would you need to be micro needling while on accutane, also why are you only taking 20mg, also why are you only taking it 4x a week and not daily

I have acne scaring, im taking Accutane for smaller pores and a smaller nose, my acne isn't bad anymore Ive been on tret 0.1 for a year now. 4x a week rn cuz im running low on them but ill prob go to daily or 5-6/week
