Should I be Microneedling while on 20mg Accutane?

For reference, my acne is pretty much all gone, I've been on 20mg for about 4 months now and I'm left with some pretty ugly holes and red pigment on my cheeks. Should I start microneedling now, rather than wait till I'm done a year from now and reached my accumulated dose?

Depends how Bad the Scart Are but I would try it. If they Are too Deep is the only Option a Lazer Treatment but I would recommend you to do that After the accutane treatment

no ffs, dont worry about microneedling untill you hop off accutane.
