Microneedling while on isotretinoin

Hey 2 years ago i did cycle on minocycline which helped me, but time passed by and im get time to time breakouts, so i will be hopping on isotretinoin would it be possible to microneedle while being on it?, will something happen if i mix them with pdrn?
