Mid-Puberty no needles heightmax tips?

I know this is probably like the 25,000th post on tips for height but even so, I'm 15, and 5,8-5,9. There is no way I can hide or afford needles/chems so that's basically out of the question till I turn 18 and get a job. currently I take 7.5 mg melatonin 2/3 nights, eat well, and sleep 8 hours but that's it . I think I might have stunted my growth because I went through an 8ish month period of eating like 200 kcals daily and getting like 2 hrs sleep nightly, but idk, that might be totally recoverable. In short, does anyone have any recommendations besides that mainly orals or practices to incorporate.

ill take any orals full stop, and I know shit like the sauna can increase GH by like 200% so surely there is something I can do without having to stash vials of hormones in my family fridge?

only have to store the reconstituted vials in the fridge the ones still in powder form can be hidden somewhere else, u should go for hgh

Just tape one somewhere in ur fridge that’s not visible and keep your vials that aren’t reconstituted somewhere else

You’re projected to be around 5’11 based on current height and age so just sleepmaxx and eat in a constant caloric surplus and you should be good.
 
Dood melatonin will fuck you up, i read somewhere how it lowers something that will contribute to height. Idk maybe just dnr think the post was bs anyway:ogre:

Once your 18 it’s way too late to heightmaxx, also I wouldn’t recommend melatonin, consult with an endocrinologist and they might give you shit too grow longer
