You need to go to blackpilled surgeons but they are expensive at least 15k the famous italians or some other in Eastern Europe

Is it heard of to get a bsso solely for cosmetic purposes and not the full bimax, my lower maxilla development is ideal/near ideal and im trying to do rhino soon so i wouldnt want an unecessary lefort if it doesnt do jack shit (all cosmetic btw)
