You need to go to blackpilled surgeons but they are expensive at least 15k the famous italians or some other in Eastern Europe

not doing cosmetic LF 1 with no CCW along a BSSO is retarded bluepilled mindset that think a 5mm BSSO and a 4mm genio is going to do shit to your aesthetics when youre whole base is recessed , including flat and sunken paranasal which is the biggest failo you could have ( easy fixable though with LF 1 and downgrafting )

Is it heard of to get a bsso solely for cosmetic purposes and not the full bimax, my lower maxilla development is ideal/near ideal and im trying to do rhino soon so i wouldnt want an unecessary lefort if it doesnt do jack shit (all cosmetic btw)
