how do u fix a long mid-face ratio?

Firstly its not long midface "ratio", its long midface which means the midface ratio is actually "low"
Midface ratio equals ipd divided by the distance between glabella to the top of the cupid's bow
This means that to fix a long midface, you can either increase ipd (which would require a box osteotomy, a very risky procedure) or reduce the distance from the brows to the lips. To reduce that distance, you can either get a lip lift or undergo a le fort procedure, in which the maxilla is moved upward and forward to improve midface projection.
Doing zygo implants have absolutely nothing to do with midface ratio whatsoever, since it doesn’t change either the ipd or the brow to lip distance.
