Yeah you can do seated/standing OHP and if you have a bench you can do flat/incline DB bench. With a pull-up bar you can make pretty good gainsI bought 2 dumbbells with adjustable plates. Got plates of various weight so i can combine and modify weight as i see fit. With 2 dumbbells you can work out majority of muscles. Arms (biceps, triceps), shoulders, chest (both pectoralis major and minor), back might problematic a bit but rather do pullups, legs (do split squats for each leg).
