i started getting mild side effects at 30mg of accutane and yes its worth it ascends u hella, start with 10mg for a month then up it to 20mg but make sure to do bloodtests every month watch ur liver enzymes since it is hepatotoxic, id personally stick with 20mg but see what works for u best lower the dosage if u start getting mild side effects, + take fish oil, drink a lot of water, hydrate well like moisturize ur face and body and use eye drops if necessary

and also if u want to make sure nothing happens to ur liver u can take nac or tudca or a combination of both
