Less is more when it comes to training. Less volume, heavier weight (on the right exercises), more intensity, pick 1 exercise for each muscle group do 1 to 2, at most 3 sets max. That's the entire workout, eat and recuperate, then do it again in ~3 days with ever so slightly heavier weight.

You cant turn your body into an anabolic machine with the right amount of proper lifting.

he's my goat when it comes lifting, sadly he don't get the credit he deserves

ive been following his principales, i only do 4 exercices with 2 sets per session
