Less is more when it comes to training. Less volume, heavier weight (on the right exercises), more intensity, pick 1 exercise for each muscle group do 1 to 2, at most 3 sets max. That's the entire workout, eat and recuperate, then do it again in ~3 days with ever so slightly heavier weight.
