Is milk good for looksmaxing or is it holding me down

I drink a lot of milk and I have my whole childhood and I’ve never felt bad about drinking lots cuz it helps with height and stuff but now I’m wondering if it’s bloating or halting looksmaxing in some way. Does it bring looks down or up

it can bloat you and affect acne, so if ur out of ur developmental stage i dont see a reason to drink milk, drink a bit if u like drinking milk

drink low fat milk if you're still in adolescence, it increases bone mass, density, and in turn it can also increase height. There are african tribes who only drink milk for breakfast lunch and dinner for a year and the average height for them is 7 feet tall.

bloating and shit really just depends on the amount and type of milk your drinking.

if you’re still developing i rather bloat and have better bone health than look lean rlly young and have fucked up bones in the later life

Why low fat? You need cholesterol for growth
you don't want to have too much cholesterol from whole milks. Plus whole milk contains more fat and calories leading to you being forced to drink a less amount meaning less bone growth.

“Low-fat = healthy” is a myth if you’re still growing. It was pushed during the anti-fat hysteria in the 80s–2000s. Whole Milk is actually ideal asf, I grew drinking that shi.

High cholesterol is good, the extra synthetic vitamin d cannot be properly absorbed by your body since the vitamins are made from plant toxins and sis synthetic, so it’s not bioavailable

how is it a myth? I thought it was general knowledge that it can cause numerous cardiovascular issues.

Nah, most studies showing that is an association or epidemiology.
cholesterol is good for your heart, bone health and contributes to necessary growth pathways, cholesterol is vital for hormonal and brain functions and for your sex drive, if u have low cholesterol it’s bad

If you are metabolically healthy, as in you are fit and maintain a good body fat levels then u don’t need to care about ur cholesterol levels, it’s just the triglycerides that should be low but high triglycerides are caused by carbs not fat
