Lately ive been trying to have more milk and greek yogurt for bone growth, calcium and shit, and healthy fat (tryna transition into fat adapted ketogenesis slowly) and i was doing some research apparantly cows milk has hormones in it such as estrogen?? but then other sources say that milk and yogurt increase testosterone, im doing this mostly for the bones and calcium but what about the hormones and shit? is greek yogurt and milk good or bad whats the science behind this
I dont want to hear some shit about "raw milk raw this" because I genuinely dont have the money time or availability to get anything raw, i can just have regular store bought dairy, cheese milk greek yogurt etc, good or bad and why
I'm honestly pretty new to this shit, im not a fully uneducated person the marlon edits no bullshit like that but im not like really well versed either I started looksmaxxing about 3 years ago, should I cut dairy? is it fine to consume? will it help growth and bonemass and all that and especially the hormones any advice would be helpful especially the scientific basis for it and all that I'm trying to learn as much as possible about everything to help me hopefully ascend
