Nah not online at all. Just befriend a framer and you’re good to go. It’s vastly depends where you live. In Turkey it’s cheap like 0.82$ per Litter.

Yep 50 grams. But I doubt he will drink a liter in one go. One glass has about 10g of sugar.

Not touching the health/hormonal aspects of high milk consumption, but fast carbs are not bad if he is active/builds muscle at the gym.
