Absolutely insane , sure some rhino and implants were involved but the change in the overall forward growth due to ccw rotation of maxilla is INSANE

I think the front is not as dramatic , looking at the last guys pic from his teeth I can see he is a narrow facecel. He just needs to keep a 90degree head angle during sex and should be good tho
