I would personally replace underhand grip cable pull-down with deadlift probably

It's better than nothing, but I think it sucks. Pullups>pull downs, 8x8 squats sounds like torture, and 8x8 incline bench press with a barbell sounds like a fast track to shoulder/rotator cuff problems

Incline bench hits front delts. Pull-downs hits rear delts.



Side delt isolations arent’t needed to grow side delts.
