Since I have to remain on it indefinitely, I want to make the right choice. Either topical minoxidil or low-dose oral, the only issue I have with topical is that it won't cover my entire scalp and there's considerable thinning in hard-to-apply areas such as the sides or deeper into the front than just the hairline. And my issue with oral is it's potential cardiovascular/heart problems. What is any advice you guys can give me on this? I appreciate it and thank you in advance.

p.s I heard of this new medication starting with C- something that is like a level-up from Minoxidil, if anybody could remind me the name and say any information on that I'd appreciate it.

Clacosterone?

Clacosterone?
It may have been, I believe it said something about a slow-release factor and that if it went systemic it would be bad news. That's all I recall
