just limit your amount. My thing was I would binge drink talking 20 vodka shots and that will bloat you 2 days or so.

oh also avoid jagerbombs thy fk u worse the caffeine plus alcohol dehyration and then the inflammation from the alcohol

I dont think so my face is very chisseled now good jawline clear ogee curve im also taking very low dose of2.5mg daily and since oral minox is body dependant and I weigh 96kg atm its a very very low dose for me.

i also was fairly chiseled but not as much as i should be at this bf (i have great jaw visibility but my cheeks werent optimal) but this debloat is crazy (still not many days passed only maybe a week or like 5-6 days), i read some reddit posts and quite a lot of people suffer from bloating as well (topical and oral)

That's because minoxidil causes vasodilation, genius. It literally increases blood flow to wherever you apply it. The temporary 'aging' effect you're seeing is just fluid retention and potential dehydration of the skin layer. Your collagen production isn't being magically being fucking zapped away by some hair growth formula.

People always want to blame the drug instead of their half-assed application routine. Did you even read the clinical literature before putting that shit on your face?
well he said he isnt sure but that doesnt change the fact it made skin worse looking and caused bloating

That changes everything and nothing at the same time. Oral minoxidil is a systemic vasodilator that was originally developed for hypertension, not some topical beard growth hack. Of course it affected your skin differently.

Systemic vasodilation can absolutely impact collagen production pathways through altered blood pressure dynamics and fluid distribution. Your body was likely prioritizing other metabolic functions while adjusting to a powerful cardiovascular medication.

You're taking a prescription heart medication off-label for cosmetic purposes without apparently understanding the pharmacokinetics, and then you're surprised when there are systemic effects???? Did you even get regular bloodwork done? Monitor your blood pressure? Track your sodium retention?
ahahah dont think anybody on here uses it for its original purpose

LoL it doesn't :feelskek:

topical still gets into your system (i also put it before i sleep so probably rubs on my face from my pillow), i did not notice any collagen difference tho

it is possible that i can lose all my progress but it is not 100% that i will lose all of the brow hairs i got, for some its permanent, tho i dont care that much my brows arent insanely bad without minox if i dye them , and i already ordered mascara to make them denser in case i lose some density from dropping minox, edit: i would be very sad if i had to drop it if i used it for my hairline but its only brows so its not insanely sad

What dose did u get to get brow hair gains? My brows are already very thick and long to begin with and feel the gains to do are limited 4 months in. Dont want much gain but the tail end of the brows where they arent as filled in as the middle would be nice to see fill in.

i did 5% topical minox 2 times a day for like a year(maybe more i didnt really track since it doesnt matter to me), got solid progress but dyeing them made the real difference

Honestly what do you guys even mean by fkd collagen> theoretically shouldnt signs of fkd collagen actually be visible when the skin sags with age. I feel like allot of people saying they have fkd collagen just have water retention
i am not sure because i didnt notice any skin difference but i think he meant how youthful the skin looks, maybe the quality/texture ig

u can just dye the ends i think, i am white with brownish/dirty blonde hair and i need to really be careful when dyeing since it can look too uncanny if too dark/visible

ah too much effort man not worth it for a small looksmax when I got great brows alrdy (they are long and its only the rail tail end thts slightly thinner) im 29 spending allot on looksmax stack alrdy. Gonna have to be spending money to get my hair dyed in a salon in 6 years when I get greying on the hair on my head aswell.

Doesn't happen to everyone, but yeah, it can possibly lead to some weight gain, including in the face.

Topical minoxidil only bloated me for the first few weeks using it. (when I applied it just before bed like a dumbass and too high doses) I’ve been on it for nearly a year now and my face doesn’t look THAT much puffier.

I just have to make sure I let it dry properly before bed though. And apply it consistently.
You have to be careful with how much you dose aswell, I use very little, enough to grow my eyebrows so I don’t get much bloating.

Its 100% worth it, I’d rather have a slightly more bloated face than no eyebrows.
Also underrated leanmax strategy, since it pushes you to become more lean to compensate. And exercise more guys!

I have actually tested this before and tbh it wasn’t worth it. My eyebrows look MUCH better rn, and I’d rather deal with a little bloat (that I can exercise off, or simply eat low salt), than to go back to 0 eyebrows. And its not even that much bloat since I don’t even use much.
i really hate bloat cuz even a bit descends me to some degree, i have big zygos so even a bit makes me look bloatish, i dont look bad its just better with no bloat, tho if it works u can keep going:feelsez:, some people reported no bloat with oral minox as well so maybe its only we that are genetical scum that have to stop using it

l just think I have to be more wary of bloat since one day of goyslop can easily make me bloated. So I’m sticking to lower salt and higher exercise for now.

Once I’m satisfied with the eyebrow gains then I can hop off, but I will then have eyebrow hairs opposed to nothing. I’m starting to look better better since I’ve been on minoxidil so I’m not stopping any time soon.

Oral minoxidil is def a nono, if you care abt facial bloating. I’ve never even tried that.
