Minoxidil question

Since people use minox when they have hairloss if you stop using it the hair will fall out, but if you use minoxdil for eyebrows for example that are naturally a little sparse, when you stop will it still fall out or no.

I think there's a slim chance it may become permanent but it'll only be a small amount of your new hairs
