Both of them have the same efficiency.
I suggest foam as you can apply it precisely (important) and it's also less irritating on the skin since you'll be using it on your facial area.

I suggest looking into dermarolling first though, I think minoxidil might accentuate nearby peach fuzz but idk tbh

thanks for the advice, I have purchased a dermaroller as well. Should I apply the minox once or twice a day on the eyebrows in your opinion?
