minoxidil while on accutane?

You can use them simultaneously but the topical version is very drying and combined with accutanes drying effects can be a lot. Make sure to use a lot of moisturizer and if the dryness is too bad u can always take the oral version which is more effective but has more side effects

im on low dose accutane (10mg ) for 2 and half more months, and have been mosturizing every day for nearly one year. that being said you think its worth the try? maybe with the foam version of minoxidil

Yes it’s worth it. Usually people get acne on the liquid version but the foam can give it too. Worst case scenario if your skin gets bad, you can just stop but that’s unlikely especially since the accutane is already mitigating your acne.

Btw im talking about minoxidil for beard 2x a day although id probably use in my hairline aswell.
