I researched vitamins D2 and K3, but I found D3 to be better because it better raises and maintains optimal levels of vitamin D in the blood. Regarding vitamin K3, it's not safe for regular human consumption because it can cause liver toxicity and other adverse effects. That's why I'm going to opt for vitamin K2, which also improves calcium absorption and improves the cardiovascular system. why not ashwaganda?I take all of them except ashwaganda, hyaluronic acid and biotin. If you eat eggs often you get biotin from that (especially raw eggs). Creatine is only good for muscles and strength as it increases water retention so you look more bloated. Eat a good whole food diet as well
