The only two thing you're getting from MK mate is diabetes and making you ravenous so you'll end up at 25% body fat.

Supplements won’t change your bone mass or bone structure. Just supplement essential minerals and vitamins that youre deficient in
yeah ik but i mean supplements that improve my colouring, hair and shit. i have a list but i wanna kwon if i miss something
.
✅ Collagen + Vitamin C → Improves skin, hair, and elasticity.

✅ Omega-3 → Reduces inflammation, improves skin and hair.

✅ Creatine → Increases muscle density and enhances physical appearance.

✅ Magnesium → Supports sleep quality and muscle recovery.

✅ Vitamin D3 + K2 → Key for bone, hormonal, and skin health.

A-TIER (Highly Recommended)

⚡ Biotin → Promotes hair and nail growth.

⚡ Zinc → Controls acne and boosts testosterone production.

⚡ Hyaluronic Acid → Hydrates skin and reduces wrinkles.

⚡ Multivitamin → Ensures no nutritional deficiencies.

⚡ Ashwagandha → Reduces stress and enhances testosterone.

I take all of them except ashwaganda, hyaluronic acid and biotin. If you eat eggs often you get biotin from that (especially raw eggs). Creatine is only good for muscles and strength as it increases water retention so you look more bloated. Eat a good whole food diet as well

igh and rep me nigga
I researched vitamins D2 and K3, but I found D3 to be better because it better raises and maintains optimal levels of vitamin D in the blood. Regarding vitamin K3, it's not safe for regular human consumption because it can cause liver toxicity and other adverse effects. That's why I'm going to opt for vitamin K2, which also improves calcium absorption and improves the cardiovascular system. So I'm going to give you my list of supplements and tell me what you think or if I'm missing anything.

I am 16 and I am on MK for the 2 weeks. I noticed fat loss and better vascularity so far, also better sleep. Maybe my wrinkles faded a bit.
