thing is i may have started puberty at a young age so maybe id grow an inch and thats it,I was close to being malnourished before when i was 8-13 i didnt eat alot since i feared of getting fat i took a bmi test and i was 18.7 .2 away from being malnourished idk how am this tall considering my childhood

It dosent actually increase igf1 (insulin growth factor) or really make hgh up that much. Theres plenty of studies on mk677 effects on growth and they all show no result, feel free to read them yourself.


Also 3” is a stretch even for real hgh depending on ur age.
