You have good muscle - perhaps you have high testosterone levels naturally? You could check your lutenizing hormone and free and total testosterone before starting enclomiphene. One caveat with testosterone is conversion to estradiol which can close your growth plates early.
Growth hormone helps with growing taller, perhaps ibutamoren could help too. Just make sure to monitor your insulin sensitivity.
