Mk just for sleep quality?

Look Ik it’s not gonna do much but I had such good sleep on gh and figured if I did sum like 10 mgs of Mk I could get the sleep benefits since my sleep is shit

Does this sound reasonable?

12.5mg fs helps with secreting gh while you sleep + it makes you hungrier which is helping me

They are all useless.

If you want more gh while you sleep MK is enough, pair it with taurine, theanine, glycine, and magnesium 90 minutes before you sleep.

It's not even useless, it's just less potent than things like rhGH but it's a pharma so it has effects ofc.

Mk can actually worsen sleep quality due to the release of ghrelin during night.

Dam, studies I found are only in “older adults” where it improves sleep quality so I might just test it myself

yea i take melatonin. ima trying to take a very small dose (0.3mg-1mg) 1.5-2 hours b4 sleep for a month. but i still would wanna try out hgh. yea quaility of sleep matters a lot too for growth and rest
