Na i got perfect insulin production no family history of diabetes I'm good with that part but that's important I'll check it but normally I eat clean so I'll be good

Tell results Frist day u'll feel extra 2 cm but that's just gonna be gained in morning height but that will where off a bit but do it for a week might gain 1cm I'm still new to it so I'll see month results
