I’m sure these side effects only happen at higher doses. Extreme appetite is good, I need calories. Also, all of the other positive effects are great.

Every peptide/GH decreases insulin sensitivity. Its how they work. You can’t have high igf-1 without it effecting your actual insulin. So long as you occasionally cycle off, like 3 months on, 1 off, youll be good
