what do yall think of training mobility/flexibility?
i've trained it in the times ive done sports and by myself it improves my qol a lot alongside strength training
 
like box jumps n shit?
 
pliometrics?
 
more as in being able to flow freely and flexibly with your movements; rotate your hips fully

no it's more for overall health (e.g. joint health, looser muscles) so i'm not crippled by 40
