what hair type/lenght and products do i need if i want the hullo mod cut? been doing a middle part for a while now but my upper facial third is too big so i would want to try something new

(just to make it clear i dont support what this dude did at all,just wanna know how he does his hair. Kinda annoying that i have to make that clear at all because i asked this exact question elsewhere and an annoying foid couldnt comprehend that just because i wanted his hairstyle doesnt mean i support him)
