I took 400mg daily for 2 weeks (standard dose is 200mg) so double the standard, honestly, during those 2 weeks I barely felt any difference. Only time I felt its affects working was when I got a bad nights sleep, and even the it barely did anything. It was very obvious that my focus improved, I was more locked in with what I was doing, motivation did js a tad bit too, but mostly the processing of information and talking/thinking process, it's a fact that it's like the weaker version of adderall
