I would in a way like to make this a megathread, where we could share all knowledge there is about this topic.

So, how to achieve model tier cheekbones with surgery? What are the reasons that some results end up looking so great and ascending people literally up to 3 points, while others turn you into a plastic doll? Cheekbones are imo more important than the jaw (as long as you aren't recessed), but also one of the hardest and riskiest parts to do surgeries on. I'd be grateful for all info u share about this

1% chance of ascending with this is the only good thing in my life

depends, if you need full augmentation then you need implants but if you need just more projection instead of changing the shape, you can get ZSO

The problem is that I have a thick skin (although I am not completely leanmaxxed), but my masseter muscles are saving me a bit from becoming a bloatedcel, meaning that if I get well placed and sized implants I could maybe get hollow cheeks one day. I will probably go with a custom eppley's implants, but beforehand I will have to measure it all myself because eppley pretty much does exactly what you tell him from what I've heared

Thank you
