Do modeling agencies look for harmony, basic appeal and such, or unique/bold features.

Im not talking about retarded modern inclusion modeling that is built around black fat disabled people.

When i look at under the radar modeling agencies ( usually on ig), the models always have big failos. bottom tier coloring and huge eye distance seem to be popular with retarded scouts. Is this purposeful?
