Moderate acne is very rare and it isn't muh normal

When i was in highschool if i had to give a percentage out of hundreds of males at least i saw and knew maybe like 3% had moderate acne. Sure mild acne like 2 zits per month was common in everyone but an actual full outbreak was extremely rare. Accutane wasn't even prescribed back then when i went to highschool so they weren't just all secretly skinmaxing hard, its just that i inherited this cursed gene from my mother who had it until her mid 20's and it ruined my face to oblivion
