Yeah 100% agree bro, the "responsibly enhanced chad" tier is honestly the sweet spot. moderate test + controlled E2 + low DHT = youthful skin, full hair, stable mood. Too many guys nuke their estrogen with AIs and then wonder why they look dry, old, and flat. I’ve seen the same thing once you crash E, hair and skin both tank hard. I’d even argue mild E elevation is protective long-term, just like in women. running 250-350mg test with dut or low-dose fin, barely touching AIs unless gyno flares up, seems optimal both health and aesthetic wise. The key is balance high T for collagen and energy, enough E2 to keep the skin elastic, and suppressed DHT to prevent miniaturization. Good write up btw, not many people realize hair loss and 'aging look' on gear are way more from mismanaging E2/DHT than the test dose itself.
