i keep asking for advice because a lot of the suggestions i get are inconsistent, constantly telling me random features are failos or break harmony such as my lips or nose and things like that so it's hard to pin point what exactly i should do.

in terms of my wide set eyes i'm not getting an incredibly risky procedure that is not guaranteed to make me look better and has barely any public before and after results or anything of the sort on this site.

i don't want to look uncanny with cantho but i'll review my options with a doctor i plan to consult dr eppley for advice on surgeries.

i've been told here and there my nose could be better, as it is i'm fine with it but if bimax makes it bigger i hope it wouldn't be too hard to get it back to it's previous state. you mentioned alarplasty which is a good idea but i believe moving the maxilla forward also widens the bridge or the appearance of it. i hope not but i'm not extremely knowledgeable abt this stuff.

in terms of my mouth i'm not sure there's much i could do dr eppleys office emailed me and said that lip widening procedures usually don't work too well with full lips like mine.

i hope i can get bimax that would be ideal but i hope the surgeon i am very much considering (ramieri) will give me good movements and a good frontal and side ascension
