Where the fuck is the actual protein? Wheres the cholesterol for testosterone production? Where the fuck is anything of substance? This is something a literal WOMAN would eat after reading some health magazine.

Dietary cholesterol does not convert to testosterone, it hardly reaches the bloodstream either way 😂

You need cholesterol to produce testosterone, not that it magically converts to testosterone.

Do you still go to the gym? You had a mogger physique when I joined
Kinda slacked off around late 2022- early 2023 but I’ve picked up since. Wish I had gained more muscle but I think I’m reaching that point where progression is sort of slow. Honestly my diet suffered heavily from my schedule but now things are getting back on track.

Easier to digest less lactose, more probiotics about 30-40 strains of bacteria (yogurt has 8-12 for reference) some strains make B and K vitamins as a byproduct.
