He didn't have hair loss, just a naturally high hairline. He got 80cm2 (matching his native density, probably the highest density HT documented) transplanted and the doc gave him cialis/viagra/arginine/minoxidil to get as much blooflow into the scalp as possible and avoid the high volume of transplanted hairs dying.
Couto is a magician. Absolutely brutal for templecels, the very few docs that mog with regards to temporal peaks are booked for years
