Good for u bro but sounds like a bad idea ngl, usually free stuff doesn't turn out good. I mean the surgery might not be up to your liking after even if the plans are good.

I'd still choose reputable surgeons in Italy ngl but yeah requires a lot of money, if I was given free I'd also take it anyways lol.
