Moisturizer is a game changer. It makes a huge difference for my skin. I personally use Spectro as recommended by my doctor (another doctor recommended Cetaphil as another good brand), but most moisturizers on the market are pretty good I think.

If you only use water you will have to wet your face every few minutes. If you dont it will be dryer than before.

Using nothing but water only works if you have oily skin.
