Does mommy asmr actually help with lowering cortisol and in turn help you look a bit better?

i have a whole thread on this. it helps w lowering salivary cortisol n so it CAN make u look better but its extremely minor.

the only way it could have a real impact is if it helps u sleep more or if ure very very stressed often so u need smthing to calm u down.

Usually it takes me an hour to sleep but with it on it takes like 20 minutes
