Obviously recessed mandible, but u can see how the skin around the mouth protrudes compared to the rest of my face. Not sure if double jaw would fix that though since it’s moving it all forwards. Would jaw implants and genio be better to fix this specifically or is my mandible so cooked that I need double jaw?

I don't think a lip lift would help you. And generally i don't think it's a very good operation. Maybe some lip fillers could help, to increase the projection of the upper lip and make the philtrum more convex. the problem is it could slightly exaggerate the look of the mandibular recession

I’m getting grafting for my infras, would grafting to lip help? Think my surgeon wouldn’t increase price to add that but he hasn’t gotten back to me yet to confirm that
