imaging wasting 8 hours sleeping when chad sleeps 4.5 and has just the same energy levels, u are throwing 15% of ur life down the drain

a measly 20 minutes

my main sleep will consist from 10:00 pm to 1:30 am

3 naps:

6:00 am to 6:20 am
12:00 pm to 12:20 pm
5:00 pm to 5:20 pm

resulting in 4.5 hour sleep total
