Mood on accutane

I'm on 40mg ED of accutane, how bad are the mood side effects? I can't tell if I'm being fearmongered or if in a weeks time I'm going to be hanging off a ceiling. I'm also going to run test, var, and rad jfl so maybe that will affect it too
