More Carbs = Better?

i was just on clav's live stream and he was talking about having high protein, high carb, low fat macros for growth pathways to be optimal. i eat like 70-80 grams of carbs a day sometimes going to 30 grams on rest days, mainly just fruit. would doubling it cause anything significant? my diet is like 25% protein 15% carbs and 55% fats, im on an animal based diet.

would it make me leaner or just do nothing. there's a lot of stigma against carbs in the carnivore space saying they'll make you fat and diabetic at some point. so would it lead to increased igf1 and reduced adipose tissue?

Firstly if u has ealty clean liver and u running 2 hours a day after the carbs uh yeah why not but u need to be in 15%bf + healthy liver

Holy cope its quite the opposite higher fat( depends which kind of fat for example from seeds its bad while from animal products or olives its good) will make you leaner and carbs will just bloat u..
 
it sounds dumb, but as long as you eat lots of protein, carbs and healty(!) fats with your vitamins you're perfectly fine
