i was just on clav's live stream and he was talking about having high protein, high carb, low fat macros for growth pathways to be optimal. i eat like 70-80 grams of carbs a day sometimes going to 30 grams on rest days, mainly just fruit. would doubling it cause anything significant? my diet is like 25% protein 15% carbs and 55% fats, im on an animal based diet.
would it make me leaner or just do nothing. there's a lot of stigma against carbs in the carnivore space saying they'll make you fat and diabetic at some point. so would it lead to increased igf1 and reduced adipose tissue?
