You won’t see much difference between 8iu or 10iu in a negligible time difference.

So I honestly recommend 6ius for a prolonged period of time and slowly titrate up the dosage

Metformin is much stronger than berberine and u should be on it if you notice your insulin sensitivity is poor, do blood work and ask your doctor for a standard metabolic panel and from then on he’ll tell u what do to but im pretty sure your BS will skyrocket on HGH so use Metformin nonetheless of the doctor’s prescription.
