More plastic surgeon consults

Went to yet another PS today. I’m gonna give bullet points tell me if they sound legit

1: he pointed out a ton of stuff that even here weren’t brought up. Assymetry and shit.
2: suggested a fat graft to my mid face and cheek bones and under eye area
3: referred me to a max fac because of what he saw as a cross bite. Didn’t think my maxilla was recessed rather he was focused on the fat graft and cross bite

Im not making moves until I talk to the dr he referred me to next week but as of now he’s suggesting a fat graft which will run 5000. Thoughts?

You need to do something for your maxilla, probably something that can fix your mouth and give you an ante-face, or forward growth.

Get orthognathic surgery done first then evaluate what else you need.

Your midface is flat as fuck. Second thing is, one of your face sides is bigger than the other? These are the biggest failos imo.

Does one side look bigger too you? He said everyone has asymmetry so he wasn’t overly worried. He said he’d put more fat graft to one side to make it even tho

Oh I know. I’m trying to get insurance to do the ortho and if I have a cross bite like this guy kept saying that might qualify me regardless of sleep apnea etc.

He says it is permanent but I have concerns. If the max fac doesn’t work out I plan on have implants done so I don’t have to worry about migrating fillers or dissolving fat grafts. The price will be about the same for insurance costs over time versus the implant as a one time expense. If anyone can aware me on fat grafting or fillers however I’d appreciate it.

Only 2/3 or 1/3 of the fat from fat graft will stay (i think the best use for that is undereyes), for cheekbones if i were you I would get custom peek cheekbones implants.
