I already mentioned this in my geomaxxing guide but I'll elab further here

More tips on how to squat on property.

1. Identifying house

Target abandoned foreclosed, or unmonitored properties such as vacation homes , rentals, or buildings in foreclosure. Look for signs like overgrown lawns, piled-up mail etc. If you have access to public records (e.g at the local assessor's office) find properties with absent owners or those in legal limbo, like estates after an owner's death.

2. Gain Entry

Use unsecured doors, windows, or skylights. Even if you make damages to gain entry. Repair them. You can later claim you found the property already unlocked to avoid accusations of criminal damage and make it look as legitimate as possible. Move in with all your stuff etc

3. Exploiting legal loopholes

If you are in the US claim "adverse possession" a legal doctrine allowing ownership after occupying a property openly continuously, and without permission for a set period (e.g 5-20 years, depending on the jurisdiction, like California's 5-year rule). This means maintaining the property, paying taxes, and being conspicuous about occupancy. Also present fake leases or utility bills to police, claiming you are tenants which shifts the matter to civil court and delays eviction.

4. Avoid Detection at all cost

Maintain a low profile to avoid neighbor complaints, keeping the property tidy or creating the illusion of legitimate occupancy like placing plants in windows etc. Avoiding detection is the most important ti make this long term. Interact with neighbors to claim they are renters or caretakers to reduce suspicion

staying in one place makes you vulnerable via identity detection. you want to constantly be moving away from the surveillance state, eliminating trace evidence, and converting all procured value into bitcoin, monero, or other unseizable assets.

you're better off living in your car, shitting in walmart or target, eating off n337bucks, and stealing from criminals/jews

That is what I intended for this thread to be too. Why would anyone do this if they can afford a place. They have to be some kind of a legendary cheapskate

What you gonna do when you are homeless?
Well I don’t plan on being homeless any time soon, I live with my parents and have a full time job.
